ABOUT US
Assocontroller
AssoController is an Association of Management accountants, born spontaneously among Controllers and professional figures working in the area of Finance, Accounting and Educational to be the point of reference for Professionals who want to contribute to the development of the economic society towards a shared, lasting and sustainable profitability, thanks also to the ability to promote changes in the organization they are part of.
AssoController will be the engine of sustainable development, through the following services:
- Create an information platform, a place for exchange and interaction among Members.
- Define a code of ethics for the profession.
- Define the “best practices” of management control.
- Promote training and courses, of interest to Associates, in the area of management control issues, with national and international experts but also with the support and expertise of senior Associates.
Our History

2010AssoController is born.

2011AssoController launches a national survey on the role of the controller and the issues of greatest interest. Interest and willingness for recognition of the role of the controller is one of the top requests.

2012Assocontroller joined the legislative initiative for the recognition of non-regulatory professional figures. On Dec. 21, 2012, the bill that produced Law 4/2013 was approved.

2013Assocontroller took action to open a technical table at UNI to formalize the professional standard. Assocontroller obtained recognition from the Ministry of Economic Development (MISE) as an association that can certify competencies.

2016the Norm UNI 11618 (Standards on the professional figure of the Controller) was published.

2018Assocontroller updated the Public “ the Atlas of Work “ after application to the Ministry of Labour to be closer to the UNI 11618 standard.

2022the Norm UNI 11618:2016 was revised: now UNI 11618:2022.

2023Assocontroller promoted the Certification AICQ based on Norm UNI 11618:2022.

Board of directors
AssoController Is managed by a Board of Directors. The members of the Board of Directors are elected by the General Assembly.
The Executive Board operates under the leadership of its President, who is elected by the Members.
